Uptime is how often a station answered over the last thirty days. A low figure does not mean a bad station, but it does mean you should not plan a day's work around it
The completeness score runs from 0 to 12 and comes out of the RTCM itself. MSM7 adds 3, MSM5 and MSM4 add 2, each supported constellation adds 1, broadcasting the station coordinates adds 2, a high-grade receiver adds 1. It is not a judgement of the station, only a record of what it transmits
The whole list comes back in a single GET. Mount point, coordinates, RTCM version, message composition and intervals, bitrate, authentication and fees, thirty-day uptime. No account, no key
Every week the stations that appeared and the ones that went quiet are counted and recorded
